They saw my dog very quick and were so kind and patient. The whole experience was very awesome - sans my boy being in pain. They also called me multiple times to check in and see how my boy was doing afterwards. It took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation coming to this vet when I had an emergency.

If I could give this clinic more stars I would!! They truly went above and beyond to help my cat, Squid, with 2 urinary blockages back to back. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for your care, I'm truly blown away. I will 1000% be recommending you guys to anyone who is dealing with an emergency regarding their pet.

I had to bring my cat in late at night on a Friday due to abnormal breathing & not eating. The vet & assistants were fantastic with my sweet boy & did a thorough diagnostics & treatment as well. We were able to pick him up at 7am the following morning with a very detailed review of everything that happened. Of course vet care is always expensive, pretty much wherever you go, so I was actually pleasantly surprised with the cost due to them being a) a vet clinic b) an emergency after hours vet. It obviously still wasn’t cheap, but that’s to be expected. If you’re looking to avoid high vet costs, get pet insurance!!! Overall I was happy with our visit, our boy is still not out of the water yet but I was able to call our regular vet Monday morning and central animal clinic had already sent all of his files over. Thank you to the staff, Olly means the world to us & we’re grateful for the help and care he received.

I took my 10 month old kitten to central animal emergency when he had severe anemia. I had been transferred to them from my regular clinic. They had suspected internal bleeding. He was very fragile and his regular clinic could not administer an IV due to this. Central animal emergency’s technician, Nella, was miraculously able to administer an IV. Dr. Dhaliwal performed an ultrasound that ruled out internal bleeding and he was given a life saving blood transfusion to treat his anemia. He was transferred to his regular vet in the morning. The IV stopped working at his regular vet. He was then transferred back to central animal emergency at night where Dr. Duggal was able to put in a new IV. He was stable enough to take home in the morning. They continuously check up on him even after I left their clinic. I went back for repeat blood work after the fact. I couldn’t have asked for better care. They were knowledgeable and sympathetic.

Central Animal Emergency Clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and compassionate, and very professional in their care. They were the right people to be there for us in the end-of-life care for a beloved family pet. I'm grateful to them for their service and would highly recommend them.

I've been here now a few times with my cat, and they've always been wonderful. I find my bills here are also lower than i was used to getting at previous clinics. I would highly recommend!

I want to thank the staff at Central Animal Emergency Clinic, for their amazing and heroic work that they do. My poor Cavapoo pups was attacked by two other dogs at a dog park, had to be treated for her wounds. Dr. Sehkon and his staff worked into the night with her surgery and executed their work with professionalism and empathy. Thank you all again for your amazing work!

Had to bring our English bulldog in for an emergency splenectomy. We met with different vets during our various visits and were touched by their patience and kindness with answering our many questions as this was a major procedure. They kept us up to date and called daily to check in. We would recommend this emergency hospital. Thank you to the doctors and staff!!

I had to take my dog to the clinic the other evening because he was in too much pain to wait for an appointment that we had at our usual clinic. The service and care my pup got was an easy 10 out of 10:. the doctor listened to what I had to say, and the follow up message from the clinic was a real boost. This is a great, clean, and highly professional clinic, and I strongly recommend it.

Fantastic emergency vet. Our dog broke a tooth and they took us in very quickly. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and the staff were all friendly. Dr. Bassi was very knowledgeable, and took special care with our dog’s nervousness. The cost was reasonable too, which was a huge relief.

I want to give a big Thank you to all the kind ladies and the Dr at Central for taking such great care of my baby. My little Leila was bitten by a VERY big (185lb) dog. She luckily had minimal damage but The vet I saw recommended I bring her here for extra care and overnight observation. The staff took extra precautions and extra great care of her over night. Giving me updates and allowing me to call in whenever to talk to them. Leila’s back home with me now resting and recovering and I can’t wait to be able to cuddle with her again like we usually do. I highly recommend Central Animal emergency to everyone.

We took our puppy (golden retriever X cocker spaniel) here with a painful tooth caught in upper-lip issue. The staff quickly triaged him and got him the attention and treatment he needed. He had to be sedated and this was handled quickly and professionally. Naturally, it was an expensive outing, but in line with what one has to expect for this kind of emergency service. I got the impression that they can get quite busy at times and it's important to remember that prioritization is done as it is with humans: the worst-off get treatment first. Be understanding with their team, as hard as it may be when your pet is in need of urgent care.

Our little pup encountered numerous bites from being attacked by another dog. All emergency vets in Langley were horrible and refused to take our pup in for a quick examination. We drove from Maple Ridge to Coq and so glad we did. They were absolutely incredible. They quickly attended to our pup and were so compassionate. Provided her with antibiotics and away we went. And They were affordable!! THANK YOU!!

Our tiny little 2yr old Maltese-Yorkie was acting unusual, low energy, and couldn't hold down any liquids/food. We gave him a few hours to see if it would be something that passed on it's own, but when it continued into the very early morning I drove him here at 0300 mentally distraught and emotionally ready to empty my entire life savings in return for his vitality and health. Upon getting there, it was dimly lit from the outside, vacant parking lot and I was apprehensive, however, once inside and checked in the guys there were attentive, lovely, calm and professional. They assessed our poor little guy, and after 30min or so of waiting it out he was ok to come home. I was pleasantly surprised by the invoice at approx 250.00, and our pup is back to his 100% healthy self after 24hrs. Highly recommend this place, and rest assured if you're in an emergency that they will attend to your pet with the utmost care.

Nice and friendly. Thinks of the dog first with absolutely no scheming. Went in for my dog who visited another vet clinic few days prior after showing worse symptoms. After meeting the doctor at Central Animal Emergency he professionally addressed the problem with accuracy. Highly recommended for any emergency situation.

My cat was having difficulty breathing and this location was able to take us in after 1am. Very little wait and great thorough care. I had expected that this would have been a very expensive visit but was quite reasonable for an emergency clinic. Vet gave great care and was not upselling services. Gave my cat just what she needed to be able to come home in better condition. They also gave me a follow-up call a couple of days later to see how she was doing. Great experience

5 stars for a place you never want to go to. Throughout my life as a pet owner, I’ve had to bring different pets to this clinic during the “off hours” for various emergency situations. It is never an experience you want to have, but if you do, it’s always a relief to know that there is a clinic such as this one that can provide your pet wonderful care. Every technician & vet we’ve interacted with over the years is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and caring during incredibly stressful times.

Our cat Theo needed emergency services late Monday night. Nurses and vet did an excellent job taking care of him. Am grateful he was taken care of and is on the mend. Price wise as this is an urgent care clinic, we'd expect a premium. That is fine. Thank you CENTRAL Animal clinic!
